Job Description
The Research Associate is responsible for supporting the Growth and Product teams by managing and executing research projects that drive innovation, product improvement, data integrity, and market expansion. This role is instrumental in advancing our mission to improve medical decisions through trusted, inclusive clinical decision support tools.
Essential Functions
- Partner cross-functionally with the growth, product, and engineering teams to align research priorities with business objectives
- Produce clear, concise reports and documentation to communicate findings and actionable insights
- Manage and execute multiple concurrent research projects across a diverse set of initiatives, including market research, user research, and strategic growth
- Implement research projects to evaluate unauthorized users, potential leads, potential customers, and data integrity.
- Identify trends in the data which may lead to new opportunities or expand existing opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in the presentation of research findings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience using, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as seamless.ai, ClientSuccess, Microsoft Office suite, and other research related tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and mission-driven environment.
- Experience in the healthcare, medical education, or clinical decision support sectors.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently required to use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
The hourly rate range for the Research Associate is $12.48 - $20 per hour. VisualDx is committed to pay equity and transparency. Actual salary will be determined by work location, work experience and educational background.
