Posting Summary

We have immediate availability for a postdoctoral Research Associate in experimental particle physics at Rutgers University. Our group, led by Profs. John Paul Chou, Yuri Gershtein, Eva Halkiadakis, Amit Lath, Steve Schnetzer, and Sunil Somalwar, is involved in physics, software, and hardware of the CMS experiment at the LHC. We collaborate with our theory colleagues Profs. Scott Thomas and David Shih.

The successful candidate will participate in CMS data analysis and contribute to HCAL or HL-LHC Upgrades, specifically in L1 Track trigger and Outer Tracker modules production.

Interested candidates should submit their CV, a bibliography of publications highlighting their significant contributions, and a signed cover letter stating their accomplishments and interests. Three reference letters will be required and collected via the Rutgers ROCS Job Post system.
