Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of soil microbiology and laboratory practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect soil samples from diverse habitats and sites.
• Process, catalogue, and maintain soil samples for microbiome analyses.
• Prepare soil samples for DNA extraction and metabarcoding studies.
• Assist with laboratory protocols and quality-control procedures.
• Support characterization and analysis of soil microbiome communities.
• Help develop and optimize an artificial mixture for field deployment.
