Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 18+ months of lab experience.
- Hands-on immunoassay and protein work experience.
- Knowledge of antibody fundamentals and pairing.
- Ability to calculate molarity and concentrations accurately.
- Experience analyzing data with JMP or Excel.
- Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and interpret research experiments with scientists.
- Develop and optimize assays and lab workflows.
- Analyze data, troubleshoot results, and propose next steps.
- Maintain detailed records of methods, results, and conclusions.
- Present findings and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory management.
