Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related scientific field is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a research laboratory environment required.
  • Experience with human immune cells and complex assays is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain organoids and subcultures from primary tissue culture with QC.
  • Execute perfusion co-culture and preserve autologous immune cell populations.
  • Perform high-throughput tumor-killing assays and live-imaging to track cell kinetics.
  • Analyze flow cytometry/CyTOF data and transcriptomics for data quality.
  • Document procedures and maintain audit-ready laboratory records.
  • Train junior staff and ensure compliance with SOPs.
