Job summary

CDL Labor Logistics in Bothell, WA is seeking a Research Associate II to join our lab team on a contract basis. The role focuses on cell culture, bioreactor support, and hands-on laboratory operations. Ideal candidates hold a B.S.

in life sciences and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong aseptic technique and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will perform data analysis, document experiments, and collaborate with vendors while adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant laboratory/manufacturing experience.
• Experience with cell culture and bioreactors is preferred.
• Strong aseptic technique and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory management including equipment maintenance and stocking.
• Media and buffer preparation for mammalian cell culture.
• Bioreactor culture setup, maintenance, and cleanup.
• Designing experiments (OFAT and DOE).
• Data analysis and visualization with Excel, JMP, or R.
• Documenting results in lab notebooks and reports.
• Maintaining lab records and equipment logs.
• Collaborating with vendors for demos and product development.
• Literature review to support findings.
• Data verification and sample management.
• Weekend rotations and occasional overtime as needed.
