Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The Research Associate II provides administrative, procurement, and operational support for one or more research laboratories within the Department of Biomedical Sciences. Working collaboratively with Dr. Jayne Aiken, research personnel, departmental staff, and external vendors, this position serves as the primary point of contact for laboratory purchasing activities and supports the efficient operation of research programs through procurement coordination, inventory management, vendor relations, and compliance with university policies and procedures.Research Associate II exercises independent judgment in managing recurring assignments, coordinating laboratory resources, and supporting research operations. The position contributes to the success of research programs by ensuring laboratories maintain necessary supplies, equipment, and services to meet project objectives.Full Consideration:For full consideration, applications must be submitted through Workday by 11:59pm (MT) on Friday September 18, 2026.
