Job summary

Cedars-Sinai's Sharma Laboratory is seeking a Research Associate I to support ongoing projects in regenerative medicine using hiPSCs. The role includes routine cellular, molecular biology procedures, and data management under supervision.

The RA I will help maintain reagents, prepare samples, and assist in basic assays such as Western/Northern blots, PCR, and immunohistochemistry, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in biological science required.
• No experience required; general research objectives understood.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate lab records and sample tracking.
• Assist with routine cellular and molecular biology procedures.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and materials; order supplies.
• Support students and fellows in the laboratory and ensure safety standards.
