What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with preparing proposals, protocols, and reports through literature searches and reviews
- Coordinate site activities, including recruitment, contracting, and IRB submissions
- Conduct data collection and management, including cognitive interviews and focus groups
- Provide support in data analysis, including preparing qualitative code books and reviewing quantitative data
- Communicate regularly with senior project team members regarding project tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in a scientific field with at least one year of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience in healthcare research
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with research tools such as Atlas.ti, InFormU, and PubMed/embase
- Basic understanding of research methods and practical knowledge of research implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
