Motion Recruitment has partnered to fill a Research Associate I role for PHCS in Oro Valley, AZ. You will support in vitro diagnostics projects by conducting research, development, and manufacturing lab experiments within a GMP/GLP framework.

Responsibilities include designing experiments, preparing reports, interpreting data, presenting results to the team, and maintaining thorough documentation while staying current with scientific literature and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support PHCS projects.
• Design, execute and interpret experiments contributing to project strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries and quantitative analyses.
• Present results within the department and project teams.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and stay current with literature; participate in conferences if applicable.
• Follow GMP, GLP, and Design Control procedures and maintain compliance.
