Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Research Associate to support formulation and product development in biopharma, focusing on dried powder formulations using lyophilization and spray drying.

You will design and execute mixing protocols, produce and characterize dried formulations, and help scale-up and tech transfer, documenting experiments and establishing best practices.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• Up to 4 years of industry experience.
• Familiarity with physical chemistry and powder characterization techniques (DSC, TGA, microscopy).
• Ability to work independently in early-stage research.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
