Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a biomedical-related field or equivalent.

• Willingness to learn new experimental, computational, and analytical methods.
• Experience reviewing scientific literature and applying findings to research questions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing, and optimization of custom flow cytometry instrumentation.
• Assist with experimental design and execution for monitoring cell therapy products in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo.
• Perform sample preparation, data acquisition, quality control, and troubleshooting related to flow cytometry-based assays.
• Develop and support data analysis workflows for high-dimensional cytometry data.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform experimental design, technology development, and data interpretation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including immunologists, hematology/oncology researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Maintain accurate and organized experimental records, protocols, datasets, and analysis documentation.
• Participate in lab meetings, manuscript preparation, presentations, and grant-related activities as appropriate.
• Contribute to a collaborative, rigorous, and innovation-focused research environment.
