Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clone recombinant DNA constructs, including plasmid design, DNA prep, transformation and sequence verification.
• Maintain cell cultures and perform yeast surface display experiments with library handling and analysis.
• Express and purify proteins using bacterial, insect, and mammalian systems; perform chromatography steps.
• Assist with lab management, equipment maintenance, reagents prep and purchase orders.
