The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Surgery is seeking a full-time Research Associate 2 to contribute to cutting-edge cancer research in Miami. Working under senior staff, you will perform complex experiments, analyze datasets, and help shape study design.

You will bridge computational biology and wet-lab work, collaborate with data scientists and cancer biologists, and develop workflows using R, Python, and GitHub; responsibilities also include data visualization and manuscript

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-throughput sequencing datasets (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, scRNA-seq) and develop computational workflows using R, Python, and GitHub.
