The Taylor laboratory uses molecular and genetic techniques to discover the driving forces behind blood cancers and leverage that knowledge to develop new therapies. They are also developing single cell genomic technologies. The Landgren lab is skilled in computational oncology including analysis of whole genome, targeted and RNA sequencing data as well as single-cell analysis and machine learning/artificial intelligence. The applicant should be interested in translational research with knowledge of basic programming and an interest in cancer biology.
