The Research Associate will administer and execute Rett Syndrome Center research projects. Responsibilities include:

1. Study start-up and implementation of study protocols
2. Educating and training clinical staff on research activities
3. Identifying eligible patients and surrogates
4. Recruiting subjects, obtaining informed consent, and data collection
5. Managing regulatory affairs, including interfacing with IRBs
6. Monitoring research compliance and adverse events
7. Maintaining study logs and interfacing with sponsors
8. Overseeing study finances and collecting quality data

The role requires flexibility with working hours and some travel for site visits and training.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Master's Degree (preferred)
• Proficiency with Outlook, Internet, MS Excel, MS Word
• Experience with electronic data systems
• Clinical research experience (preferred)
