Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $31.00/hour
Employment Type: 1-Year Contingent Assignment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do
  • Execute laboratory experiments following established protocols under the guidance of senior scientists
  • Prepare pilot runs and operate standard laboratory equipment, including PCR instrumentation
  • Collect, analyze, and compile experimental data while identifying and escalating anomalies
  • Maintain accurate real‑time documentation, laboratory notebooks, and quality records
  • Support sustaining and product support activities by delivering high‑quality experimental results
  • Assist with troubleshooting experimental issues and collaborate with team members on solutions
  • Manage routine laboratory tasks and inventory activities to improve team efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance laboratory processes and reproducibility
  • Support multiple ongoing projects with limited scope and complexity
What We're Looking For
  • A current, up‑to‑date resume
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Immunology, Cell Biology, Chemistry, or a related life science field
  • 0-2 years of laboratory or research experience with hands‑on exposure to basic experimental techniques
  • Working knowledge of experimental design and the ability to follow established protocols with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with standard laboratory equipment, especially PCR
  • Experience using Excel or similar tools for basic data analysis
  • Understanding of scientific calculations such as dilutions and molarity
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under supervision while collaborating within a team environment
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
