  • Develop and improve DNA- and RNA-based assays to meet analytical performance, sensitivity, specificity, and reliability targets.
  • Analyze experimental data, draw meaningful conclusions, and recommend next steps to advance project objectives.
  • Troubleshoot assay, reagent, and device‑related performance issues using a data‑driven and scientific approach.
  • Maintain accurate experimental records and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries, graphs, and presentations to communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to integrate assays into automated device platforms.
  • Perform routine molecular biology, microbiology, and sample preparation procedures while adhering to laboratory safety and aseptic practices.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced product development environment.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that enhance assay performance, workflow efficiency, and product design.
Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on laboratory experience in molecular biology, assay development, or diagnostic product development.
