You will help users with access and workflow issues, while coordinating with Cell Core, QB, technicians, and IT to triage and resolve problems.

Qualifications

• BS in life sciences or related field.
• 2+ years supporting scientific workflows and data curation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Excel and basic PowerPoint proficiency.
• Preferred: Benchling/LIMS/ELN experience and familiar with lab workflows.
• Understanding of validation and release processes.

Responsibilities

• User support for Benchling and related systems; manage access and inquiries.
• Compliance monitoring: track containers, unregistered entities, and location data.
• Training and adoption: create release notes and deliver onboarding.
• Documentation: maintain user manuals and version control.
• Feature testing: document plans/results and verify fixes.
• Record review: triage legacy data and coordinate with scientists and IT.
