Job summary

The candidate will join a productive team, contribute to multi-omics analyses, and work with graduate students and undergraduates.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in genetics, statistics, biology, or any quantitative science, including but not limited to Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Analytical responsibilities will include analysis of whole genome sequence data, work with GWAS summary statistics, bulk and single-cell transcriptomic data, and multi-omics data integration.
• Collaborate with a collegial team to identify genes and pathways linked to cardiovascular diseases in large multi-center cohorts.
