Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support the early-stage discovery and validation of key product features across our education technology platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about user research, competitive analysis, and turning insights into actionable recommendations. You’ll help us understand user needs, map out existing workflows, benchmark competitors, and validate demand for multiple product experiences.
