Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Research Assistant to support a prospective study of mood and neuropsychiatric symptoms in multiple sclerosis (MS).

The role involves recruiting participants, coordinating data collection, and maintaining study records in REDCap, with strong patient communication throughout the process. You will work closely with the Principal Investigator and study team, handle regulatory documentation, and help monitor safety criteria while supporting study

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science required.
• New grad with some relevant coursework (0-1 year preferred).
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: good interpersonal and communication skills, careful attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, computer literacy, ability to follow directions and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, management, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Study cohort management.
• Outreach communication with subjects, mailings, follow-ups, and obtaining documents.
• Review mood and neuropsychiatric questionnaires and monitor safety criteria per study procedures.
• Maintain recruitment and enrollment records, monitor data completeness, and assist with IRB/regulatory documentation.
