Job summary

University of Nottingham School of Humanities invites applications for a part‑time Research Assistant to join our Psychology team on an EDI Hub+ funded project. You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, including surveys and focus groups, and work with stakeholders to co-create resources to improve inclusive practice for neurodivergent postgraduate researchers.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, 29 hours per week, with a start around January 2027 and a fixed term

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience of neurodiversity.
• Experience analysing qualitative or quantitative research data.
• Developing research skills in Psychology or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct research activities including surveys and focus groups.
• Liaise with stakeholder groups to co-develop materials and resources.
• Contribute to co-creation of resources to support inclusive practice for postgraduates.
