Rutgers University-Newark is seeking a Research Project Assistant to provide day-to-day research support within the CMBN lab. The role involves recruiting and assessing participants, administering neuropsychological tests, and maintaining study records.

You will help prepare lab documents and support regulatory processes as needed. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and experience with neuropsychological assessments.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical discipline or related experience in human behavioral research.
• Experience administering neuropsychological assessments of cognition, behavior, and health is required.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Recruits, screens, and assesses subject performance.
• Administers neuropsychological test to human subjects.
• Updates and maintains research database and subject files.
• Analyzes data collected and submits reports.
• Ensures safety and maintains a clean, organized testing environment.
• Assists with IRB applications and laboratory documents.
• Leads work of student workers and/or part-time staff.
