The Wistar Institute has an opening for a Research Assistant to join the laboratory of Dr. Paul Lieberman. Responsibilities for the successful candidate may include: managing lab operations, along with managing lab supplies and instrumentation; and assisting with molecular and cellular biology experiments.
A Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is required. Basic molecular and cell biology experience is required. Familiarity with cell culture, Western blotting, recombinant DNA, and protein purification is preferred.
