The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Research Assistant I to support the Center for Prostate Disease Research (CPDR) in Bethesda, MD.

The role provides lab and technical support to the research team and contributes to translational cancer projects. You will join the Su laboratory focusing on genomic instability and aneuploidy in prostate cancer, working with multi-modal datasets and developing scientific presentation and writing skills to advance

Qualifications

Interest in molecular biology and identifying novel biomarkers in prostate cancer.
Ability to contribute to translational cancer research efforts.
Experience or interest in experimental design and scientific communication.

Responsibilities

Carry out research projects in collaboration with a research team.
Provide laboratory and technical support to senior staff.
Develop scientific presentation and writing skills.
