Qualifications

• Requires at least a Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework in the field.
• Master's degree with related coursework is also acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED with relevant coursework may be considered for certain tracks.

Responsibilities

• Performs scientific and medical research tasks under supervision.
• Operates and maintains laboratory equipment and apparatus.
• Records and evaluates data for use in scientific papers and reports.
• Collaborates with supervisors and other researchers on publications.
• Reviews literature and discusses procedures with supervisors.
• Organizes and manages research data for project reports.
• May supervise lower-grade laboratory personnel as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
