Job summary

The University of Chicago, Development Innovation Lab is seeking a capable research support assistant to contribute to projects in education, agriculture, health, and vaccination initiatives. You will assist researchers with literature reviews, data cleaning, and early analyses.

You will help write project summaries and policy memos, and provide day-to-day administrative support, including transcribing and taking notes for meetings with partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with literature reviews and drafting summaries.
• Strong data management and basic analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist researchers with literature reviews and systematic searches, drafting parts of such reviews.
• Clean data and help with preliminary analysis essential for research tasks.
• Write summaries of research projects and contribute to the drafting of project reports and policy memos.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including transcribing and note-taking for key meetings with partner organisations.
