Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate coursework in nutritional sciences, chemistry, biology, or related STEM field.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral coding from video recordings of children eating in the laboratory
• Assist with the preparation and measurement of experimental test-meals
• Work with parents and children to collect information on the home eating environment
• Process, organize, and enter data related to childhood eating behaviors

Education
