Job summary

Babson College is seeking a part-time Research Assistant in the Management department to develop research materials and case studies on peer feedback, coaching, and project teamwork. You will summarize literature, analyze survey data, and help organize research assets while supporting a professor in his office and virtually.

The ideal candidate will conduct independent research, demonstrate strong writing skills, and enjoy working in team-based classroom projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The position focuses on the development of research materials and case studies in the areas of peer feedback, coaching, and working in project teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Summarize research from the key areas of peer feedback, feedback, coaching and project teams
• analyze survey data
• Write short case studies
• Organize research material
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
