Research and Development Chemist - AI Trainer

We are seeking an *advanced chemist* to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry and reasoning skills (inductive/deductive, physical/temporal/spatial)
