Job Description

We are seeking a research and development biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Requirements:

• Expert understanding of biology is preferred, but a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is not mandatory.
• Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is not required.
• Fluency in English (or bilingual proficiency).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology and inductive/deductive reasoning.
• Experience in experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
