As a Research Analyst, you will be at the forefront of investigating and analyzing healthcare trends, policy innovations, and marketplace dynamics. Working directly with the Director of Strategic Planning and Partnerships, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational strategy and improve healthcare access for Pennsylvanians.
Your responsibilities will include leading independent research projects on healthcare market trends, population demographics, and ACA policy innovations. You will design and conduct survey research while collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization. A key aspect of your role will be creating compelling data visualizations and comprehensive reports that tell the story behind the numbers. You will have opportunities to present findings to senior leadership and external partners, while also supporting cross-organizational strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will maintain research databases, manage project tracking systems, and prepare materials for Pennie's Board of Directors and Advisory Council.
