This team is dedicated to enhancing the firm's long-cycle, thematic industry coverage and delivering in-depth trend analysis to support investment decision-making. As part of this dynamic and collaborative team, this role offers the opportunity to deliver tailored research solutions and expert insights to support strategic decision-making and contribute to the firm's innovative research capabilities.

What you’ll do day-to-day

• Conduct targeted research on companies, product lines, industry developments, and potential experts to identify and vet credible sources for strategic, time-sensitive research projects.
• Understand and clarify analysts' inquiries, source relevant subject specialists through networks and databases, and facilitate introductions and discussions to ensure analysts receive accurate and actionable information.
• Lead expert recruitment efforts to fulfill specialized research requests and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in research, project management, or a related field is preferred.

• The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
