  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
  • Advanced proficiency with Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, and PACER.
  • Experience with legal analytics and research resources such as Lex Machina, Practical Law, VitalLaw, Checkpoint, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Intelligize, CourtLink, Docket Alarm, Courthouse News, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and AI-enhanced legal research tools.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs or presentations preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of firm and client information.

We recognize that no candidate is likely to meet every qualification listed above.

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
