Working under clearly established guidelines and with close guidance from the supervisor and experienced team members, the individual performs routine laboratory procedures such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, basic assays, and cell culture, and assists with processing tissue and blood samples. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate laboratory records, preparing materials and equipment for experiments, monitoring supplies, and supporting day‐to‐day lab operations. The individual collects and organizes data, solves straightforward technical problems, and contributes to research activities by following structured work assignments. Interaction is primarily with the immediate supervisor and lab team, with limited independent discretion.
