Job summary

Firematic is seeking a Rescue Solutions Specialist who will serve as the technical expert for Hurst-Jaws of Life tools and fire equipment across the territory. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and battery-powered rescue tools, both in the field and in the shop, while building trust with first responders through practical, hands-on service.

Qualifications

• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and ability to disassemble, diagnose, repair, rebuild mechanical systems.
• Experience in equipment service, automotive, diesel, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and electronic systems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, testing, repairs, and rebuilds on hydraulic and battery-powered rescue tools.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in field and shop environments.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment, replace components, and ensure manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain service documentation and repair reports.
• Educate end users and train departments on proper operation and maintenance.
