JOB SUMMARY
The delivery driver acts as a Treasures and More resale ambassador, delivering furniture purchased at the store and picking up new donations. Responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service. The driver is a store representative and must conduct themselves professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive safely within the assigned delivery and pickup areas.
- Observe all traffic laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate good navigation and map reading skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Adhere to schedules and arrive on time for shifts.
- Maintain the security and upkeep of storage containers.
- Work at a high pace and maintain focus for extended periods.
- Perform physical tasks including driving, sitting, bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, walking, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing, and moving throughout the shift.
- Require good vision for driving, including night vision.
- Follow the company dress code and appearance policy.
- Assist with light cleaning tasks like sweeping and mopping when needed.
- Support the thrift store operations when not on deliveries or pickups.
- Represent the ministry and store professionally to the public.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
- Follow the chain of command and accept constructive feedback.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to multi-task and handle busy phones and office tasks with a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team within a multifaceted agency.
- Proficiency in using a personal computer, Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Calendar, or similar programs.
- Represent the ministry's values and conduct in a manner children can respect and emulate.
- Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers, board members, the public, and volunteers.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and situations; ability to remain calm under stress.
- Valid driver’s license with a 5-year motor vehicle record (MVR). Staff aged 21-25 must have a clean driving record; over 25, no major violations in the last 3 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
REQUIREMENTS
- Personal growth in leadership and spirituality, exemplifying a cultural champion.
- Criminal history check, FBI fingerprint clearance, and a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Successful background checks, including Central Registry in Arizona.
- References as provided in the application.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and physical examination including drug screening.
- Complete HR documentation and obtain medical clearance for physical tasks.
- Minimum 5-year driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years; no major violations within the last three years.
Note: Drivers aged 22-25 must have a clean driving record with no violations or accidents.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
