SHIFT LEADER

Shift leaders/keyholders act as "manager on duty" during store hours and are trained to open and close the store.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the store by following assigned tasks
• Supervising staff
• Coaching, training, and motivating team members to enhance performance and customer interaction
• Leading by example in service and values on and off the sales floor
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store exceeding customer expectations
• Assisting management and ownership in store operations
• Excellence in sales, customer service, inventory management, and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Team player with leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong coaching, customer service, and sales abilities with a proactive attitude

BUYER

Buyers work directly with vendors (customers) to determine what products to accept. • Sorting, evaluating, and purchasing gently used brand-name clothing, accessories, and shoes from customers
