Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Requisitioning Agent to join our vehicle sustainment team on the ALECS program. This remote role supports maintenance across multiple vehicle families globally.

The successful candidate will handle high-volume requisitioning, interact with vendors, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with FAR and corporate policies. Travel up to 25% may be required to support procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen; must have a valid driver’s license for the work location, high school diploma or GED, and a passport valid for at least one year beyond start date.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of requisitioning for a wide variety of materials, supplies and services.
• Maintain working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Maintain daily contact with vendors; perform limited market research; advise Buyers on supplier, price and delivery; track requisitions to Purchase Order.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable laws governing procurement of goods, materials or services.
• Update status reports, databases and spreadsheets.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Requisitioning Agent to join our vehicle sustainment team. This position is remote. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Responsible for a high volume of requisitioning of a wide variety of materials, supplies and services.
• Working Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Responsible for daily contact with vendors, conducts limited market research, recommends suppliers, price and delivery to the Buyer, ensures that all purchase requisitions are tracked until generated into a Purchase Order.
• Responsible for complying with corporate policies, procedures and underlying Federal, state, and/or local regulations concerning the purchase of goods, materials or services.
• Responsible for updates to status reports, databased and spreadsheets
• Ability to plan organize and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a team environment with independent assignments
• Reviews updates and analyzes logistical data and parts with in the company proprietary database.
• Responds to request for logistics statistical data from company and Government POC.
• Works closely with/and supports the procurement team with all aspects of logistical support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience.
• Up to 25% Travel Required.

Clearance Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.
