Job summary

Position: Requirements Engineer Type/Duration: Full time//Permanent Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (5 Days onsite in a week)

Job Description

• 1. Participate on collaborative, cross-disciplined integrated product teams, often employing agile software development techniques.
• 2. Responsible for the full lifecycle of product development, from architecture and design, through integration, test.
• 3. Experience in Software Engineering to include experience working various phases of the software development lifecycle
• 4. Experience with Software Development Using C++.
• 5. Experience with Devops and CI/CD tools.
• 6. Experience with Requirements management tools like JAMA, Polarion
• 7. Experience with embedded programming, processor/board architecture and design.
• 8. Experience with certification aspects of the safety critical systems per DO178 Guidelines in order to successfully certify the product.
• 9. Coordinates and communicates with direct team members, technical project managers, systems engineers and product managers.
• 10. Understands and follows processes, is always learning and continuously looks for improvements.
• 11. Able to learn new programming languages and technologies quickly.
