Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking a Requirements Analyst to establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the Advana System in Arlington, VA. You will document, track, and ensure full traceability from inception through implementation to support all systems engineering and development activities.

The role requires elicitation sessions, clear/refined requirements, baseline management, and formal change control.

Qualifications

• Experience in elicitation sessions and requirements tracing.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• US work authorization required; Avalore will not sponsor visas.
• Security clearance required (SECRET).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the requirements management environment for the Advana System.
• Document and track all system requirements from inception to implementation.
• Ensure full traceability and manage the requirements management process.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, complete and testable.
• Establish baselines for each release and manage changes through a formal process.
• Create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation.
• Generate requirements status reports for program management.
• Develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes.
• Train team members on requirements best practices.
• Ensure requirements align with program objectives and constraints.
