Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Requirements Analyst / Systems Analyst to bridge government stakeholders and technical delivery teams within a federal data management program. This role emphasizes eliciting, documenting, and translating requirements into actionable specifications for data warehouse, reporting, and analytics workstreams.

Active secret clearance is required. You will collaborate with developers, data engineers, and analysts, support user acceptance testing, and ensure traceability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, systems analysis, or business analysis on IT programs.
• Experience documenting requirements and technical specifications in an Agile development environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with data management, reporting, or application development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or comparable application lifecycle management tools.
• Experience supporting federal data or analytics programs.

Job description

All Native Group, a division of Ho Chunk Incorporated, is seeking a Requirements Analyst / Systems Analyst to support a Federal Agency enterprise data management program. This role bridges customer stakeholders and the technical delivery teams, gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications, and supporting systems analysis across the enterprise data warehouse, reporting, search, and analytics workstreams. This is for proposed work, and any offer of employment will be contingent upon award.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
• Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Education
