Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst in Arlington, VA to help define and analyze mission requirements for digital modernization initiatives. The role requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and an active Secret clearance.

You will conduct stakeholder interviews, document system requirements and functional specifications, and support the development of requirements documentation in a fast-paced contracting

The Senior Requirements Analyst supports the definition and analysis of mission requirements supporting digital modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Document system requirements and functional specifications.
• Support development of requirements documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in requirements analysis.
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD customers.
• Active Secret security clearance required (or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or federal programs utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or similar platforms.
• Professional certifications such as INCOSE ASEP, OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP), Security+, or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
• Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting
• Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
• Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
• Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired.
• Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it
