Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking a Requirements Analyst to establish and maintain the Advana System's requirements management environment. You will document and trace requirements from inception through implementation, ensuring alignment with program objectives and constraints.

You will lead elicitation sessions, refine requirements to be clear, complete, and testable, and support all systems engineering activities with robust baselines and change-control processes.

Job description

The Requirements Analyst will establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the Advana System. This person will document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation, ensure full traceability, and manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities. This person will facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, analyze and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable, and establish a requirements baseline for each release. This person will manage requirements changes through a formal control process, create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation, and generate requirements status reports for program management. This person will develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes, train team members on requirements best practices, and ensure requirements align with program objectives and constraints.

Experience Levels

• Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree

Good communication skills, self-starter mindset. Professional proficiency in English is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment: Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Salary at Avalore is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combinaition of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Salary estimates for this job range from $85,000 - $184,000.
