Dynanet Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst for a fully remote role. This full-time position focuses on business process improvement and aligning IT initiatives with strategic goals. You will collaborate with Dynanet teammates and clients to understand requirements and drive effective solutions.

Ideal candidates will have experience in process reengineering and strong communication skills to gather and document stakeholder needs during core business hours. Remote work options are available.

Business Process Reengineering:

• Experience supporting IT or non-IT business process improvement/reengineering projects, whether system-driven or non-system-driven.
• Ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gather meaningful information from stakeholders and understand business needs.
• Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates and the clients, and business partners that we work with.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
• Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours.
