Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather and analyze requirements, engage stakeholders, and document business and technical solutions for software delivery. You will support testing activities and help translate complex needs into actionable requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, strong communication, and familiarity with SharePoint, Tableau, Jira, and Visio.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements in a professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., Agile development methodologies).
• Experience with cloud-based software development environments.
• Experience with SharePoint, Tableau, Jira, or other COTS applications.

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of software and business process solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, documenting business and technical solutions, and supporting software implementation and testing activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, developers, testers, and project leadership. This role requires someone who can translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and effectively manage multiple high-visibility, time-sensitive projects.
