Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure supplier-delivered products meet quality standards and support the manufacturing floor. • Evaluating, qualifying, and monitoring suppliers for compliance with quality requirements
• Conducting supplier audits, assessments, and corrective action follow-ups
• Managing supplier nonconformances and driving root cause/corrective action (RCCA)
• Supporting nonconformance disposition and MRB activities on the manufacturing floor
• Participating in first article inspections and production readiness reviews

Supplier Quality Engineer

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring supplier-delivered products and services meet GDMS quality standards, while also providing quality support to the manufacturing floor as needed.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Six Sigma or CQE certification
