Previous Right of Way experience is welcomed but not required — we provide comprehensive training for individuals with the right attitude and aptitude.
The Right of Way Agent works directly with property owners to acquire easements and other property rights needed for utility infrastructure projects. This position serves as the primary representative between our utility clients and landowners, helping explain projects, answer questions, negotiate agreements, and maintain positive relationships throughout the acquisition process.
