Reputation and Messaging Research Associate

Reputation and Messaging Research Associate – 100% Remote (United States)

Candid Counsel, a strategic research consulting firm, is seeking an Associate with opinion research experience to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative opinion research (experience in corporate reputation, messaging, ad/concept testing, and brand research is a plus). Candidate must have qualitative research experience, specifically supporting or conducting focus groups and in-depth interviews.
• Strong analytical and writing skills – going beyond descriptive findings to tell a story that results in actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills with interest in eventually being able to take a research assignment and run with it from conception to completion.
• Ability to learn and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced remote team environment, with a willingness to always pitch in and help, even on projects you are not responsible for.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help manage complex research projects (e.g., international qualitative work, quantitative message testing) from beginning to end.
• Coordinate various project-related and internal workflows, including maintaining relationships with vendors, facilitating team meetings, and other logistical support.
• Draft proposals, messaging concepts, and research deliverables, including written narrative documents and PowerPoint reports with guidance.
• Proof deliverables and proposals for typos, flow, and accuracy.
